Cooking for Two: Baked Pork Chops

Delicious juicy pork chops with a tangy sauce!

Baked Pork Chops
Recipe makes 2 servings

  • 2 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 onion, sliced



1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic and red pepper flakes
3. Place pork chops into a baking dish and pour half of the sauce over them then top with onion


4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes then take foil off and add remaining half of sauce and continue baking another 30 minutes without foil
