Crockpot Chicken Parm Sloppy Joes
Recipe makes 2 servings
- 2 chicken breasts, can be frozen
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning to taste
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 sub rolls
- Shredded Mozzarella, to top sandwiches with
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning to taste
2. Place chicken on the bottom of the crockpot and pour the pasta sauce and water on top
3. Cook on low 4-5 hours
4. Shred the chicken and stir then cook for another 30 minutes
5. Add in the Parmesan cheese and stir
6. Place the mixture onto sub rolls and top with Mozzarella, then pop it under the broiler until the cheese is melted
