MASON JAR CANDLE GIVEAWAY + Our Weekend + Dinner Menu

Happy Sunday!
I'm ready to declare a 3-day weekend, every weekend! There's just too much life to cram into 2 short days but I'll take what I can get. :)
Our weekend was spent in the house, it is absolutely freezing outside and makes me wonder why we don't just move to FL. I would love to have 5589798415 palm trees in our backyard, instead we have shades of brown (now that would be a super sexy take on Fifty Shades of Grey!) - brown trees, brown grass, brown muddy snow. Oh, how I'm longing for Spring. I can't wait to crack open the windows (and a beer!) & enjoy everything coming back to life.
Sofia is a motor mouth these days, I'm not sure if it's the whole 15-month status that has her riding around on a high horse but she's turning into one cute & funny little firecracker.
When I'm done changing her diaper she will pick it up, say "dir-te" and walk it to the laundry room where we store the diaper genie, then I open it and she tosses it in. She acts all "mission accomplished" while I'm wondering where my little baby went!?
She also holds her baby doll up to her cheek and says "Aw, bab-beee!"
And last story, Sofia had Mike and I cracking up when Semi-Charmed Life (serious throwback, right!?) popped up on Pandora (can't get enough Hootie & The Blowfish Radio!). Girl has mad vocals, she started singing bab-beee bab-beee "baby" and go-bayyyyeeee "goodbye," booty shake & shoulder shrugs included.

She's my sweet treat everyday & apparently our twinning will continue to reign on (I love being a girl-Mom!). ;)
Here's what we have cooking this week:
Lastly, there was finally some free time where I could work on the shop this weekend. Truth be told owning an Etsy shop is no easy feat. Working full-time and keeping up with the house, our family, the blog & life in general was draining me.
After a little "life" organization I think I have a good routine in place & with that brings new goodies to the shop.

I'm so excited to announce the premier of our MASON JAR CANDLES!
With mason jars being all the rage & my intense love for candles, this was the perfect combo.
These candles are highly fragranced with 3 Spring scents to choose from:
Wildberry
Vanilla Bean
Fresh Bouquet (my favorite!)
Now here's the best part, we are offering these candles with a wood wick or wax wick. If you haven't tried a wood wick candle, then you've been missing out on the natural crackle & pop that transports you to a campsite in the prettiest of woods.
I'm giving away 1 large mason jar candle (your scent of choice) to one lucky reader, just enter below!
Winner will be announced next Sunday, February 2nd.
Good luck & be sure to check my IG (@megawat) later this week for another chance to win! :)

  24. What a great idea! Candle + mason jar = heaven! Thanks for the opportunity! When I light a candle I like to close my eyes for a second and pretend I'm being pampered - that is until a 20 month old drops the blender on your foot that you didn't notice her grab out of the cupboard because you were off in fantasy land. Love you and your mini!
